Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

A restocking fee of 35% will be applied to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.

Exchanges

To obtain a different item, please return the original item following our return process. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
